Organic Inca Inchi oil

Extra virgin, cold pressed oil from Sacha Inchi seeds from organic agriculture in the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. A “fair trade” project was founded to support the local farmers and their crops are bought at a fair price.

Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) seeds are a rich, vegetal source of Omega 3 (48%), but also contain Omega 6 and 9. Moreover, the seeds have the highest content of natural antioxidants (vitamin A and E) of all vegetal Omega 3 sources which makes Inca Inchi a stable Omega 3 oil.

The oil has a delicious, mild taste with a slightly nutty finish.

Recommended use

Take 15 ml (1 table spoon) per day as a natural source of Omega 3 or sprinkle over salads, soup, pasta, … or use the oil for vinaigrettes, mayonnaise. Do not heat the oil in order to preserve the Omega 3 fatty acids.

Can also be applied as nutritious oil on body and hair.

Store in a cool place protected from light. Once opened, consume preferably within 1 month.
